• To listen to the Wasteland Live Webcams community of Viewers and Chathosts, with the aim of making it a better place to visit.

The inspiration for the Live Webcams section of Wasteland came about from a group of unhappy Chathosts and Viewers who were using various other services on the Internet.

We simply got fed up with the way we were being treated. Here are some real examples of what we found on other sites....

• Chathosts' technical problems were ignored.
• Viewers' access was frequently denied without their being given a proper reason, having their problems resolved or simply being ignored.
• When we chose a pay service we never knew how much it cost and, on the very rare occasions we did find out, we were way over charged.

- and all this is from a company who claims, even to this day, that they don't have a single unhappy customer!!! LOL

So - we created our very own Videochat network, with the intention of treating all the Viewers and Chathosts just the way we wished we were treated. Here are just some of the promises we make...

• If you send us an email, we will try to reply immediately. However, if that is not possible we will promise to get back to you within a 24 hour period - maximum!
• If you have a gripe then we will genuinely listen to your gripe and make real efforts to resolve your problem.
• If you do choose one of the Chathosts who charge for their sessions, then you will be able to check at any time exactly how much this cost you - even weeks after the event! Just like your bank statements.
• If you chose a pay service and you had a problem with that service, then we will genuinely look into the problem and aim to provide an amicable solution.
