Please also take into account that people from all countries, religions, races and sexual preferences have as much right to use this
website as you do.
Please respect this at all times. Do not offend people or place offensive statements in the chat.
The Internet is a peaceful place - let's keep it that way.
If you fail to comply with these simple rules, then we will simply ban you from Wasteland's Live Webcams area.
CHATHOST PRIVACY
Contacting a Chathost
Contacting an individual Chathost is up to the discretion of the Chathost. They may or may not choose to give you their phone number,
email address or IM number, or any other contact information. Even if their Personal Profile says they provide these various forms
of contact, they may only give them out under certain circumstances.
For example, an individual Chathost may only allow you to phone them while in a private Videochat session. Please respect their wishes
and don't keep insisting on contact if they do not wish it.
Tracing IP Address
It is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to trace an IP address to an individual person particularly as, in the majority of cases,
they are randomly assigned by their provider each time this person connects to the Internet.
Privacy laws and laws on tracing IP address vary from country to country, and state to state, but is, however,
against the law in most parts of the world to pursue an individual in this way and is deemed to be stalking and harassing behavior.
Attempts to disable or steal a Chathost's Videochat session
Again, in most areas of the world attempts to disable, incapacitate or steal a Chathost's video is deemed a criminal offence. 'Theft' or 'attempted
theft' is simply trying to get access to a Chathost's video stream without consent. In either case, the provider of Wasteland's Live Webcams service, CC Network, Inc., will use those methods
which are deemed most appropriate for the country in which the violation took place, and will aggressively prosecute to the fullest
extent permissible in that country.

The provider of Wasteland's Live Webcams service, CC Network, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement relates to the information that we
collect and how we will use this information.
Personal Information
Wasteland will not collect any identifiable information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily. This includes such
information as: name, address, email address, etc.
If you do not want personal information to be collected, then do not provide us with it. However, if you do not object, then please
be assured that we protect the privacy of this information using our highly secure, password-protected servers (to both the outside
world and also to personnel within CC Network, Inc. and Wasteland). The information you provide will be kept confidential and will never be given or
sold to any outside organization.
Removing Personal Details
If you have already submitted your personal details to CC Network, Inc. and wish to have this information removed, please contact us using the form on the Contact Us page.
As soon as we receive an email with your Wasteland Live Webcams Screen Name and with your request to remove all personal information from our
records, then we will act upon it.
Information placed on your computer's hard drive
At CC Network, Inc. we use a common Internet technology called 'Cookies'. Cookies assign a unique identification to your computer and
store the details on only YOUR computer's hard drive via a facility in your Web browser. When you arrive at the Live Webcams sections of Wasteland, these Cookies 'handshake' with
